Electrical resistance

The electrical resistance of a Spring Probe is determined by five factors:

• the material used to produce the spring;
• the type of galvanic plating that each item undergoes;
• head shape;
• spring load;
• the type of contact (± accurate) that is applied.

The combined choice of all these elements will always have different and variable results.

In fact, depending on the field of application, the type of machine on which they will be installed, the tests to be done and the results that you want to record, each order of Spring Probe will have different specifications and we at Tecon are here to meet them.
