{"id":1018,"date":"2022-04-19T16:05:30","date_gmt":"2022-04-19T14:05:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/teconsrl.net\/tecnologia\/ricettacolo\/"},"modified":"2026-01-07T11:38:11","modified_gmt":"2026-01-07T10:38:11","slug":"receptacle","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/teconsrl.net\/en\/technology\/receptacle\/","title":{"rendered":"Receptacle"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"uk-panel uk-margin uk-text-justify\">\n<p>When using <strong>test machines<\/strong>, the <strong>receptacle<\/strong> is an important component, not only because it is the <strong>element that supports the Spring Contact Probe<\/strong>, but above all because it allows for their quick and correct replacement, without the need to modify or disassemble the test machine.<\/p>\n<p>According to functional needs, <strong>Spring Probe<\/strong> can be inserted or screwed into the receptacles, and to do this you need suitable\u00a0connectors and accessories\u00a0that we, at Tecon, design and build tailored to the type of receptacle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>How are the receptacles made?<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>With collar:<\/strong>\u00a0the receptacles with collar can be <strong>inserted into the fixture with a fixed value<\/strong> and guarantee precision in the height of the receptacle;<\/li>\n<li><strong>with swelling:<\/strong>\u00a0the swelling during the installation of a receptacle is used <strong>as a stop, or to create interference in the housing hole<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0In the event that the swelling is used as a limit switch, it acts as a stroke end when inserting the receptacle in the fixture.<\/p>\n<p>If, on the other hand, the swelling is used to create interference, it will be possible to insert the receptacle at different heights in the fixture.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At\u00a0Tecon<strong>\u00a0we are able to supply various swellings<\/strong> to heights required by the customer.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Retaining fingerprints\u00a0<\/strong>: they represent an extra security to ensure that the <strong>Spring Probes<\/strong> do not come out of the receptacle.
